Slovenia’s data infrastructure for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) displays a relatively high confidence level. However, there’s a lack of cross-border and cross-disciplinary collaborations, limiting partnerships and data exchange. Routine data sharing isn’t prevalent, indicating potential challenges in collaboration. Despite this, the Slovenian Cancer Registry provides comprehensive surveillance data throughout the cancer care continuum.
